ANAEL Signs With PARAGON RECORDS

July 30, 2008

Paragon Records has announced the signing of Germany's ANAEL. The group's new album, "From Arcane Fires", will be released in the fall.

ANAEL has issued two prior albums on the Barbarian Wrath label in addition to limited vinyl releases on Iron Tyrant Productions.

Regarding the band's new CD, guitarist/vocalist Seraphackh commented: "While its predecessor, 'On Wings Of Mercury', was a journey deep into the realm of the occult, 'From Arcane Fires' is a little more direct, more rooted in history and personal experiences of a gloomy reality. This means not only the lyrics but also the music of our third album, and it was the main reason to choose a harsh, dark and epic approach for this monument. It is aimed to show the darkness and the fire forming the foundation of our spirit and so of our music. And to set a sign that some flames will never be extinct."

"From Arcane Fires" track listing:

01. Devils Tounges
02. She Is Ever A Moon
03. Down Winding Stairs (mp3 excerpt)
04. Blood and Honey
05. Song of the Moth
06. All Souls Night
07. Muspilli
